"I started the Shamanic Leadership course thanks to the recommendation of a good friend, who had participated in a prior edition. Without that, I would likely never have signed up, as I thought something with this kind of title couldn't possibly be for me (I am a highly rational, middle-aged, engineering-trained male ... go figure!!).

Little did I know... clearly there had been some underlying curiosity within me that got me to sign up in the end, and I got way more out of it than I could have hoped for even in a best-case scenario.

For starters, the other participants were ... actually mostly very similar to me! Managers, entrepreneurs and coaches in advanced stages of their careers, with little or limited previous exposure to this kind of topic, but very open minded and full of energy.

The course itself was very well paced and the four times four hour sessions went by very quickly. We started straight away in session one with journeying to find our spirit animals and other spirit guides, after a brief introduction to the overall topic by Ioan. It has to be said that Ioan, our facilitator, added a great amount of credibility and positivity to the whole experience. It's really like listening to a univeristy professor (which he is) explaining things to you as if they were about the most natural stuff in the world (which they also arguably are! just not for for everyone...). The course also works very well online, against my expectations, and even journeying together and performing healing rituals on others on Zoom calls felt easy and powerful.

In summary, I feel like the course has opened my overall awareness to a lot of things that have always been there and around me, but that I've never really noticed. Be that certain kinds of energy, or my own behaviour towards certain things, in addition to possible answers to long-held questions. It really feels like I've gotten a peek into one or more additional dimensions that I could access, and at some point operate within to gain deep insights and develop into a more evolved and connected being.

I've already recommended the course to several of my best friends and hope to participate in further learning and development offerings by Ioan. Ultimately - and I never thought I'd hear myself say this - I've decided that this works incredibly well for me, and it's a journey that I'd like to continue for as long as I am around in this cycle (and hopefully the next one, etc ;)).
