Shamanic Leadership & Practice Peer Circle

An ongoing monthly gathering for those continuing to deepen their shamanic path

Ioan - Banners_edited.png

The journey into shamanic practice does not end with a first course — it deepens, expands, and asks more of you over time. This monthly peer circle is a dedicated space for practitioners at any stage beyond the introductory level: whether you have recently completed your first shamanic course and want to keep the momentum alive, or whether you have years of practice behind you and are seeking consistent community, new learning, and a circle of genuine peers alongside you.

Each month you will receive new teaching from Ioan Fazey (Dawn Song) — expanding your repertoire of shamanic skills, healing techniques, leadership practices, and Earth-based wisdom — alongside dedicated peer time to bring real practice challenges into the circle and work through them together using shamanic methods.

This is a group circle and peer-centred offering. It is the collective wisdom, mutual support, and shared accountability of the circle that gives it its power. If you are looking for individual one-to-one guidance, Ioan's Masterclass may be better suited to your needs.

New cohorts join every six months, allowing each circle to develop depth, trust, and momentum over time.

Who this is for

  • Those who have completed an introductory shamanic course and want to continue developing their practice in a structured, supported way

  • Experienced practitioners seeking regular peer community, fresh teaching, and a dedicated space to deepen and apply their skills

  • Anyone working with shamanic leadership, healing, or Earth-based wisdom who recognises that sustained development requires both ongoing learning and peer connection

What you'll experience each month

  • A new teaching from Ioan covering shamanic techniques, healing methods, leadership, or Earth-based practice

  • Structured peer time to share practice challenges and work through them using shamanic approaches

  • Peer-to-peer healing practice in a safe, supported environment

  • Accountability and support from a consistent group of committed practitioners

What you will be able to do after six months

  • Expanded practice: Apply a broader range of shamanic techniques with greater confidence — in ceremony, in daily life, and in your work with others.

  • Shamanic leadership: Bring shamanic awareness and spirit-led insight into your leadership, professional role, or community work with clarity and practical skill.

  • Working with challenges: Use shamanic methods — journeying, spirit guidance, and Earth-based approaches — to navigate personal and professional challenges that might otherwise feel stuck.

  • Peer support: Draw on a network of peers who know your practice and can offer informed support, honest reflection, and ongoing accountability.
